Your initial conversation with APA Ltd is free and without obligation. We discuss your circumstances, what you want to achieve and whether the support you’re looking for is a suitable fit.

You’ll deal directly with Alexander Parker throughout your engagement. Alexander aims to respond to all enquiries as promptly as possible.

Clear scope, agreed in writing

Before work begins, we agree what APA Ltd will do, what is outside scope, the responsibilities of each party, the expected approach and how we will communicate. Where solicitors, accountants, estate agents, surveyors or other authorised specialists are required, we work alongside the professionals you appoint rather than replacing them.

Flexible commercial arrangements

Depending on the work, APA Ltd may offer:

• Project fees for clearly defined work
• Retained support for an agreed period or level of involvement
• Commission arrangements for defined commercial outcomes or introductions, where appropriate

Any fees, commission conditions, reimbursable expenses, payment arrangements and potential conflicts of interest are disclosed and agreed in writing before the engagement. Specific prices are not published because requirements differ from client to client.

Communication and confidentiality

Confidentiality and discretion are central to how I work. Client information, commercial discussions and business relationships are treated with care. I do not disclose confidential business information or identify clients or suppliers to third parties without appropriate permission, except where disclosure is legally required.

Practical, considered support

The aim is to understand the situation, establish priorities, agree a proportionate plan and move the work forward. No outcome can be guaranteed where decisions depend on third parties, market conditions or other matters beyond our control.

This page explains our approach. Paid engagements are governed by separate written terms. If a client is an individual acting as a consumer, relevant statutory rights, including any cancellation rights, will be explained before they agree to paid work.
