Information
Complaints & Feedback
How to raise a concern or give feedback, and how data protection complaints are handled.
We aim to provide a professional, practical and respectful service. If something falls short of your expectations, we want to understand it and have an opportunity to put matters right.
How to contact us
Please contact Alexander Parker directly:
- Email: alexander@alexanderparkeradvisory.ltd
- Telephone: +44 7932 763544
- Post: Alexander Parker Advisory Limited, 59 Richmond Road, Bewdley, Worcestershire, DY12 2BG, United Kingdom
Please tell us what happened, when it occurred, what you are concerned about and what outcome you are seeking. You don’t need to use formal language or a particular form. If another person is acting for you, we may need evidence that they have permission to do so.
Service feedback and complaints
We will acknowledge your concerns as promptly as reasonably possible, review the circumstances fairly, ask for any relevant further information and explain our response. We will keep you informed if more time is needed. We welcome feedback about both the work itself and how we communicate.
If a professional service provider appointed separately by you is involved, we may explain whether the concern is one for APA Ltd or for that provider. This will not prevent us from considering our own role.
Complaints about personal information
If your concern is about how APA Ltd has collected, used, shared or protected personal information, please make a data protection complaint using the same contact details.
Under current UK data protection requirements, we will:
- Acknowledge your data protection complaint within 30 days of receiving it.
- Take appropriate steps to investigate it without undue delay.
- Keep you informed where an investigation needs more time.
- Explain the outcome and any action taken without undue delay.
You can also complain directly to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. You do not need to complete our process before contacting the ICO.
Our approach
We aim to communicate calmly and fairly, respect confidentiality and use feedback to improve the service. Raising a genuine concern will not affect your right to exercise any legal remedy or statutory protection available to you.
